Follow these steps to remove the Temporary files that are stored on your computer potentially causing harm.
All Windows versions
- Open My Computer
- Right click the mouse on the C: Drive icon and select Properties.
- In that first section, click on the Disk Cleanup button.
- Make sure the Temporary Internet Files, Temp Files, and the recycle Bin are selected. Any other pre-selected items are okay. Click on the OK button then click on Yes to confirm.
- You should perform these steps at least once a month or sooner to keep your computer running at it's peak efficiency.
